BLOG 4-What health Risks Come from Obesity?
Health risks that follow upon obesity are high. Obesity is a very important and problem to why there are health hazards. It is known that someone who is 40% Overweight is more likely to die than someone who is an average- weight person. This is because obesity has been found and the cause too many medical conditions. These medical conditions involve health disease and stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, gallbladder disease and gallstone, osteoarthritis, gout, and leading breathing problems.
Stating the information again, doctors agree that obesity is a big way of having health problems. People who are 20% Overweight cab gain health benefits from losing weight. Although, if people are under that 20% risk, they should still try to loose weight if they suffer from chronic diseases, pre- existing medical conditions, and an apple shape. Gladly, with an obese person, a weight loss of 10 to 20 pounds can help health improvements.
The question is what can happen to prevent it. The most common and accepted measurements used to treat obesity are the Body Mass Index and waist circumference measurements. They will be able to set up a weight loss program dedicated to your needs.
In conclusion, health risks are very crucial coming from obesity. People should be taking this seriously. Dieting and going to get check up from the doctors are the number one solutions. So take charge, take action, and let’s not let obesity take over even more.
